All payments made towards property bookings, consultancy services, or related offerings are considered final.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed strictly in accordance with the terms of the specific booking agreement, sale agreement, or service contract signed between the customer and Khatushyam Projects Pvt. Ltd.
The booking amount paid for any property is generally non-refundable, unless explicitly mentioned in the project-specific terms and conditions.
In case of project cancellation by the company or due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund of the booking amount (without interest) will be processed.
If a customer chooses to cancel their booking or withdraw from a project, the refund (if any) will be subject to deductions as per the terms of the agreement signed at the time of booking.
Administrative and processing charges may also apply, as specified in the respective agreement.
Eligible refunds, once approved, will be initiated within 30–45 business days through the same mode of payment used during the transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Customers will be notified via email or official communication once the refund is processed.
Any fees paid towards consultancy, documentation, registration, legal services, or government levies are strictly non-refundable.
